super location great amenities
quiet room comfortable bed cute staff kitchen hob
the room was very quiet and clean the bed was comfortable blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. all staff were cute and friendly the location is excellent. a supermarket is a short walk away to get anything you need. the room had a kitchen with an electric hob microwave oven and dishwasher.
there was a little bit of mould on windows it was not a major issue but worth noting for an older building

staff were friendly and helpful they even phoned the room to ensure everything was okay. i felt reassured that i could call reception if i had any issues . this proactive approach ensured peace of mind.

the adjacent amelia hall was a nice spot for a few drinks. it provided a relaxed atmosphere close to the accommodation. the availability of an onsite option offered convenience after a long day.

the hotel is located close to grand central station access to trains and buses is easy. this location is central to many attractions it made getting around very convenient. the hotel's positioning is a significant advantage.

a romantic getaway
warm welcome spacious suite central location
the staff greeted us warmly on arrival. our suite was spacious and contained every amenity (even more than we anticipated). we could easily relax before our excursions. the central location was perfect.
the pillows were a bit too soft for my preference.

minor issues impacted the stay
tiny bedside tables accessible room
The room i booked supposedly had a small sitting room area and kitchenette, however, my room just had a small kitchen at the end of the bed. the bedside tables were tiny. i was placed in an accessible room. I didn't request this and it felt awkward. there was no mirror above the sink.

i was thrilled with the free laundry facilities! this made packing so much easier. the location was amazing it was right in the centre. the room was well furnished and i loved that it included a kitchen and large bathroom.
the tv sadly didn't work. i wasn't offered any discount. a staff member tried to help but the router was broken.

room layout central location spacious feel faulty air conditioning warm day lack of solutions
The room had everything I needed. The layout was good and it felt spacious. The location is in the centre. I would stay again.
The air conditioning system did not work. I was aware of this before I booked. I was given the room on a very warm day. There were no other rooms offered and no beneficial solutions.
